1. Bequest of cash

"I bequeath the sum of $100,000 to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, MN."

2. Bequest of property

"I bequeath [all of my interest in my home and real property located at 1 Main Street, Mytown, USA] [all shares of ABC stock owned by me at the time of my death] [my art collection] to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, MN."

3. Bequest of a percent of the estate

"I devise and bequeath 20% of the remainder and residue of property owned at my death, whether real or personal, and wherever located to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, MN."

4. Contingent Bequest

"If my brother Atticus James survives me, I devise and bequeath 20% of the remainder and residue of property owned at my death, whether real or personal, and wherever located to Atticus James. If Atticus James does not survive me, then I devise and bequeath 20% of my residual estate, whether real or personal property, and wherever located to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, MN."
